Tester Interfaces

HiFix is an interface for connecting a semiconductor tester's test head to DUT boards, probe cards, and various evaluation jigs. It is used to ensure stable connectivity, workability, and maintainability between the tester and the device under evaluation.

In addition to HiFix for various testers, ATE Service also develops conversion HiFix and adapter structures that let you reuse existing legacy-tester jigs and peripheral assets in a new tester environment. We help you migrate to new testers and update evaluation environments while making effective use of existing assets.

Pogo Tower is an interface product for connecting a semiconductor tester to probe cards, DUT boards, and various evaluation jigs. It stably connects a large number of signal lines and ensures contact reliability, workability, and maintainability in evaluation and mass-production test environments.
